Loud music can be expected until midnight
In the event of cancellation or evacuation due to a natural disaster officially scheduled by the Mexican government, the hotel will not provide any monetary refund; all affected reservations will be rescheduled by mutual agreement with the guest.

The charge will have a supplement of 5% of the commission absorbed by the payment management portal that guarantees the security for the customer and the hotel. This same amount will not be refundable in the event of a cancellation. For cancellations made within 21 days, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will not be refundable.
