In the event of cancellation or evacuation due to a natural disaster officially scheduled by the Mexican government, the hotel will not provide any monetary refund; all affected reservations will be rescheduled by mutual agreement with the guest.

For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will not be refundable.
