Public holidays may affect the reception's opening hours. Hotel reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 10PM and on Sundays and public holidays from 10AM to 8PM. It is possible to check-in after the reception closes. Prior to arrival, the property will send check-in instructions via email. Guests under the age of 18 must send a parental consent form in advance. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that we will do 350€ pre authorization for Deluxe Apartment at check in to guarantee the apartment, which will be canceled after the check out. The check in time for Deluxe Apartment is between 3PM and 10PM from Monday to Saturday and from 3PM to 8PM on Sundays. Pets are not allowed in the Deluxe Apartment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
