Any reservation of 5 rooms or more is considered a group reservation, and subject to the group's terms and conditions and full prepayment.
The group reservation will be considered as not subject to cancelation and not refundable.
Every client is required to present physically at check-in the credit card used to book the room, as well as an identity document with the same name.
