Any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Otherwise a new payment will be made at check-in with the credit card presented.

Pour toute annulation partielle ou totale reçue entre le 7e jor précédant la date d’arrivée, ou dans le cas de non-présentation (no-show) 100% du montant sera facturé. Toute nuitée annulée avant ou pendant le séjour sera facturée selon les mêmes conditions d’annulation.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be asked to confirm the booking. The final payment is required before the arrival date. The payment can be done by bank transfer or by card through a secured link. Cancellation policy: Your reservation can be canceled with no charge until the 15 days before the arrival date. For all cancelations received between the 14th day and the 8th date before the arrival date, 50% of the amount canceled will be invoiced. For all cancelations received between the 7th date and the arrival date, 100% of the amount canceled will be invoiced. All amendments made before or during the stay (shorted stays) will be invoiced according to the cancellation policy above.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
